Cancellation Policy
At Personal Home Services LLC, we understand that life happens and schedules can change. We do our best to be flexible while also respecting the time of our cleaning professionals.

Rescheduling or Cancelling

Please notify us at least 16 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 16 hours before your scheduled cleaning may incur a $50 late cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations or lockouts (when our team arrives but cannot access the property) are subject to a $50 charge.
No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule and provide at least 14 hours’ notice, your payment will be credited toward a future cleaning.

Missed, no-shows, or late cancellations forfeit any payment or credit.
Recurring Cleanings

For clients on a recurring schedule (weekly, biweekly, monthly, etc), maintaining consistent appointments ensures your preferred time slot. Frequent cancellations may affect future scheduling availability.
Weather or Emergencies

In cases of severe weather or emergencies, we’ll work with you to reschedule as soon as possible with no penalty.
